My Shinjuku Area Tokyo experience was full of excitement, energy, and colors. Shinjuku, one of Tokyo’s most famous neighborhoods, perfectly blends modern skyscrapers, shopping streets, and endless dining options — making it a must-visit for every traveler.

Journey from Matsumoto to Tokyo

On the morning of October 9th, we started our journey from Matsumoto to Tokyo aboard the JR Azusa Limited Express bound for Shinjuku Station. The scenic ride took about 2.5 to 3 hours, passing through beautiful countryside views and small towns before the vibrant skyline of Tokyo came into sight. We arrived at Shinjuku around noon.
