Walking Around Hội An Ancient Town
After checking out from our hotel, we rented a motorbike for four days to explore the area. Despite the rainy weather, we ventured into the heart of Hội An, starting with the bustling ancient town market. The market’s vibrant atmosphere, filled with local vendors and traditional goods, offered an authentic glimpse into the daily life of the town’s residents.
Our next stop was the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, a symbol of Hội An’s historical ties with Japan. The bridge’s unique architecture and historical significance made it a highlight of our visit.
We then visited the Fujian Assembly Hall, an ornate structure built by the Chinese community in the 17th century. The hall’s intricate carvings and vibrant decorations were truly captivating. Nearby, the Quan Công Temple, dedicated to a revered Chinese general, showcased traditional Vietnamese temple architecture and offered a serene environment for reflection.
