My Day Trip to Mount Fuji Japan was one of the most peaceful and refreshing days during my Japan journey. I started early morning from Tokyo, heading towards Lake Kawaguchiko to see the iconic Mount Fuji. Although the mountain was covered by clouds, the calm weather, sunshine, and scenic surroundings made it a memorable day.

We started early in the morning, catching our bus from Shinjuku Express Bus Terminal straight to Kawaguchiko Station. The ride was peaceful and scenic, and after about two hours, we arrived near Mount Fuji. From Kawaguchiko, we took a local bus to Oishi Park, a lovely lakeside area known for its flower fields and Fuji views.

The day was sunny but slightly chilly. Though Mount Fuji was covered by the sky, the surroundings were clear and peaceful. I took some photos, enjoyed the fresh air, and admired the nature around.

After a relaxing lunch and coffee near the station, we took the return bus to Shinjuku. Once back in Tokyo, I met my partner near the bus terminal. We chatted for about an hour and then decided to head to Shibuya together.

Walking and Shopping Around Shibuya, Tokyo

By the time we arrived, it was evening — the famous Shibuya Crossing was buzzing with people and neon lights. We watched the incredible 3D billboard ads, wandered through the shopping streets, and enjoyed a few drinks of sake. For dinner, we tried Shogun Burger, a popular spot where we had to wait in line — totally worth it! The burger was juicy and delicious.

After dinner, we visited Tokyo Station for a nighttime stroll and took some photos of the illuminated red-brick building. Finally, we returned to Shinjuku and reached our hotel around midnight — tired but happy after such a long and memorable day.

Day 9 :: 11 Oct  2025

The next day, we checked out at 10 a.m. and headed to the bus station under rainy skies. We waited for about an hour, had a quick lunch, and then boarded the bus to Narita Airport. Everything went smoothly — we even had an hour to shop before boarding. Our flight back to Bangkok landed around 9 or 10 p.m., marking the end of a wonderful trip.
